- Ginger Ale
- 3 – 5 dashes Angostura Bitters Optional

Instructions
- Fill your glass with ice
- Add 30 ml / 1 oz. Brandy (or Bourbon)
- Top of your glass with Ginger Ale
- Add 3 to 5 dashes of Angostura Bitters (optional)
- Stir
- Add a lemon peel as garnish (Optional)
