  • 3 – 5 dashes Angostura Bitters Optional

  • Ginger Ale
  • 3 – 5 dashes Angostura Bitters Optional

Instructions

  • Fill your glass with ice
  • Add 30 ml / 1 oz. Brandy (or Bourbon)
  • Top of your glass with Ginger Ale
  • Add 3 to 5 dashes of Angostura Bitters (optional)
  • Stir
  • Add a lemon peel as garnish (Optional)
