The Boulevardier is a cocktail made with sweet vermouth, Campari and bourbon. The cocktail is almost the same a Negroni, sharing two of its three ingredients. The difference is that gin is used in a Negroni instead of bourbon.

Ingredients
Recipe in ml.
- Crushed Ice / Ice Cubes
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 30 ml Campari (or other red bitter liqueur)
- 45 ml Bourbon
Recipe in oz.
- Crushed Ice / Ice Cubes
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz. Campari (or other red bitter liqueur)
- 1,5 oz. Bourbon
Instructions
- Chill your glass with crushed ice
- Fill your mixing glass with ice cubes
- Add the sweet vermouth, campari and bourbon
- Stir the drink
- Empty your now chilled glass
- Strain your drink into your glass.
- Optional: add garnish
