The Limoncello Collins is based on the standard Tom Collins, but in this cocktail we add Limoncello (a lemon liqueur).

- 30 ml Limoncello
- 45 ml Gin
- Soda Water Top off your glass

- Fill your glass with ice
- Add lemon juice
- Add Limoncello
- Add gin
