Anejo Highball
The Añejo Highball, in combination with the Orange Liqueur, provides the perfect mixed drink on a summer evening *or whenever you want ;). With this recipe we show you how to make a Anejo Highball.

Ingredients
Recipe in ml
- Ice
- 45 ml Gold Rum
- 15 ml Orange Liqueur
- Lime juice 1/4 of a lime
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Ginger Beer Top off
Recipe in oz.
- Ice
- 1,5 oz. Gold Rum
- 0,5 oz. Orange Liqueur
- Lime Juice 1/4 of a lime
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Ginger Beer Top off
Instructions
- Add ice to you shaker
- Add the gold rum, Orange Liqueur, Lime Juice and Angostura Bitters to your shaker as well
- Shake until all the ingredients are mixed and chilled
- Add ice to your glass and pour in the drink
- Top off with Ginger Beer and garnish with lemon and lime peel
